Welcome to IMCHAT. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account on IMCHAT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use IMCHAT. By using the app, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
IMCHAT provides a platform for communication. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you share.

IMCHAT utilizes End-to-End Encryption (E2EE). You acknowledge that due to encryption, IMCHAT cannot recover your messages or calls if you lose access to your account or encryption keys.
Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the IMCHAT community.
Users have the right to delete their accounts at any time through the App Settings. Upon deletion, all personal data linked to your identity will be removed from our active systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
All logos, designs, and software code within IMCHAT are the property of the IMCHAT team and are protected by international copyright laws.
IMCHAT is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMCHAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
